Mónica Bernal has a Masters degree in Systemic Family Intervention, Counseling and Therapy, and training as a facilitator of emotional processes, both individual and in groups.
Monica’s work focuses primarily on two areas. The first is the emotional recovery of individuals, families and groups through therapy, both in her private practice and at the Centro Integral de la Familia. The second is the vast area of prevention, in which she works with parents, businesses and both high school and college-age youth.
Her strength in the workshops she facilitates is to promote personal growth and development within a systemic vision, with the aim to positively influence participants’ social environment and achieve their functional, peaceful interaction with it, thereby motivating personal change and promoting a Culture of Peace based on healthy interrelationships.
